E.ITEC goal and will are to strive for a zero defect quality.

For that E.ITEC has engaged in a concrete quality process . It is not question of writing procedures with an aim of obtaining any certification. On the contrary, our procedures aim to define our actions, standardize them, establish a true traceability and control in each step in  order to increase our efficiency and our reliability in making each employee aware of their responsabilities.

The procedures of the quality plan are gathered in an internal quality handbook which is scrupulously applied by all employees and the direction of E.ITEC.
