The production workshop of e.itec plant is completely equipped for the manufacture and the assembly of our principal products of our various ranges.

We use subcontracting for special manufacture requiring particular materials or  for manufacture according to our specifications of basic products or for mechanical machining in period of strong load of production.

In all cases, the manufacture and the assembly of products such as busbars and busducts or watercooled cables, where a defect could generate production losses among our customers, are exclusively realized by our care, in e.itec plant.

Our workshop is divided into various areas as follows :

Watercooled cables manufacture	2 winches ; Bracket ; 3 electric hoists ; Electric uncurler ; Slicer ; Torches of brazing ; Roller table for pulling.
Busbars and busducts manufacture	Table for bending, drilling and cutting conductors bars ; Manual folding machine for aluminium sheets ; Folding machine with numerical control ; Shear sheet ; Hydraulic machine for assembling aluminium cover sheets.
Welding	MIG welding station ; TIG welding station.
Workshop of mechanics	Lathe ; 3 milling machines ; radial drilling machine ; 2 column drilling machines ; Discs and linear saws ; 2 presses.
Handling	2 travelling cranes ; Lifting truck ; Pallet trucks.
Test and control	Megger ; Dielectrometer ; Microohmmeter.
