itec.bar GTC busducts consist of electrolytic copper conductors CuETP.

They are made to supply low voltage current from 1250 to 6500 amps with a protection index from IP00 to IP 55 in standard version and with IP65 with some adaptations.

Copper conductor use brings many advantages and that is why it is the optimum solution for manufacturing high current busducts:

A very good electricity conductor: the copper conductivity, per definition, is equal to 100 % IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) ; A very good thermal conductor: optimization of conductor air cooling ; Resistance to corrosion : copper is not attacked by water or by numerous chemical products ; Welding : copper is easy to braze or weld ; Surface treatment : copper takes easily part treatment or protections as tin-plating, silver-plating or epoxy coated.
